This website is an independent visitor guide. Tour links go to GetYourGuide or, for one listing, Viator, where any booking is made. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing.

By following a booking link you leave this site; the booking is made with GetYourGuide or Viator under its terms and the operator’s.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide or Viator and by the tour operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to that platform’s terms and the operator’s policies: GetYourGuide General Terms and Conditions, Viator Terms of Use.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by the platform you booked with.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by the booking platform and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: contact GetYourGuide or Viator, using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one the booking platform shows at checkout. Prices the Cathedral and the Real Alcázar charge for their own tickets are given in euros, with the month they were checked.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides and any entry tickets included in a tour
    • Changes to the route and the monuments visited, and cancellations
    • Visitor safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • When the Cathedral or the Alcázar closes for worship, a royal or religious event, or for safety reasons, the operator may change the route, shorten a visit or cancel a tour on the day. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide and Viator. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • The visits are on foot, outdoors in heat or cold, up the ramps of the Giralda and inside historic buildings that are also places of worship. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s and the monument staff’s instructions, show the identity document the ticket was issued to, and keep to the rules of the places visited.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Intellectual Property

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
